My Why...

My journey of self discovery started about 16 years ago, thanks to my mother and step-father. However, the real work and the real results began close to 2 years ago when I was introduced to breathwork and cold water submersion. From then I gradually became consistent with my breathing practices and cold water plunging and at the same time gradually, I became aware of significant changes to my life and how I viewed the world.

I began my journey with a victim mentality and serial seminar junkie with no real big life changing results. I secretly suffered with on and off anxiety and depression. I just thought there was something wrong with me and I just had to deal with it or manage it with lots of extra curricular activities and alcohol. However, when I began my journey of conscious breath, I began molting from my shell and slowly regaining my own personal power.

So looking back and having educated myself around the power of breathwork, I am beginning to understand the power of cellular memory in the tissues and the effect that oxygen has on the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. I have had many experiences of releasing heavy feelings with breath, and NO cognitive work! I come away feeling like I have just experienced what a magick wand feels like! Especially around menstruation, birthing, and feminine power.

Breathing for me has given me a tool to redirect my powerful energies that now have begun to benefit me, rather than destroy me. It has also assisted me to release limiting beliefs. Why do I share this? Well... I have a saying, ‘Because my love for life and creating heaven on earth is stronger than anything else.’ This is why I felt so compelled to write our book “Three Lessons On How To Lower Stress Naturally”. I feel it is my purpose in this lifetime to heal myself fully and share with others how they too can have the same experience.

I think that it is no coincidence that I am in a rare situation with my family life, as it is so well balanced. My husband and I work divinely with each other and our little girls are a representation of this. I feel I have created a life that most people dream of having… I feel a very strong urge to document and share how to make dreams come true, in a practical application. For me breathwork is the central force in bringing personal power back to the individual.
